By very popular demand....
Twobobs has released this sheet in 72nd scale. There you go Paul
Boyer! Now quit E-mailing Twobobs about releasing this decal sheet
in 1/72. :-)
Seriously though....it's
always a very welcome treat when another of the Twobobs great sheets
gets released in 1/72 scale.
The two jets covered here
include the tiger striped jet and the standard paint scheme F-16 from
the CO ANG who hosted this event back in 2001.

As you can see from the
scans of the decal sheets on my advance copy.....the stripes are all
there in decal form. There is no doubt this Tiger Scheme F-16 will
take a while to apply the decals....but the end results of your efforts
will be one of the most striking F-16's you'll ever see. I get a
kick out of Tiger Scheme jets, so this sheet is a favourite of mine.
The first plane is an
F-16C with serial number 87-241. This plane is to me what a
true Tiger paint scheme is all about. For me the "all
over" Tiger Stripes look the most visually striking and appealing.
The Two Bobs supply all the Tiger Stripes as decals so it's a pretty
simple paint scheme to do....provided you are patient and take your time
to apply the decals carefully. This plane is from the "Mile
High Militia" and this script in on the bottom of the tail.
This plane is based on Colorado.
