INTRODUCTION.
I bought this kit sometime ago from The Great Model Web Store I think I paid around $16.00 + S&H = about 20 bucks.

BACKGROUND.
The main equipment of the German night fighter units were those twin-engined aircraft like the Bf109, Ju88 and He219 through the war. In late 1943, a night intercept system by single-engined day fighters controlled by the ground radar, called "Wilde Sau", was introduced. In 1944, experiments of various radar equipment were made with single engined aircraft by the newly organized NJGr10. The fw190 night fighters were mounted with the FuG217 Neptune J-2 orFuG218 Neptune J-3 radar, and were modified with a pair of flame damper fins over the exhaust stacks and a landing light in the left wing. A 300 liter fuel tank was needed because of their longer airborne cat and mouse activities with allied aircraft. The wildboar emblem was applied on the Fw190 night fighters of NJGr10 and NJG11 came from "Wilde Sau".

CONSTRUCTION.
The construction went pretty much straight out of the box. I made only a few additions to the kit, just the basic kind of stuff like belts and buckles. I must admit that this particular kit was not up to the standard that I have become accustomed to with other Dragon/Trimaster kits, and required an extra amount of dry fitting but very little putty.

PAINTING & MARKINGS.
Testors Model Masters enamels secret mix of flattener over future and a wash of oils. The decals came with the kit,

CONCLUSION.
I am happy with the way the kit turned out so please do not email me and tell me the histories, colors, emblems, radars, or whatever are incorrect like I said it was basic oob build . Direct these comments to DML/Dragon LTD
